Soups are food that is foundation to our health – they should not be viewed as treatment remedies but rather health supporting means. Depending on individual’s situation, you may want to vary the frequency in consuming our soup. The minimum suggested by our herbalists is consuming a combo kit over a period of 4 days. In other words, consume 1 soup over 2 days (on average 2 cups/bowls per day) and the other soup over the next 2 days. That will get you started on replenishing your body. The additional add-on suggestion can be taken throughout the entire 4 days.
